As an Associate on Kasirer’s Corporate & Legislation team, Meghan assists corporate clients with the development and execution of government relations strategies, as well as advancing relevant legislation.

Meghan’s career with Kasirer began as a Government Relations Intern, where she gained valuable experience over the course of a year. During her internship, she contributed to various team. Meghan assisted in meeting preparations, covered press conferences and City Council hearings, and closely monitored the Fiscal Year 2024 City Budget timeline and requirements for relevant nonprofit clients. She also collaborated with Kasirer’s business development team, conducting research and outreach to prospective clients.

Prior to joining Kaisrer, Meghan worked as an intern at Berger Hirschberg Strategies, where she supported fundraising events for numerous nonprofits in New York City. She also volunteered with South Bronx United, offering free tutoring to students living in the South Bronx/Harlem area, including newly arrived migrant children from Central America and West Africa.

Meghan graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in French. While attending Fordham University, Meghan studied abroad in Europe and developed a working fluency of the French language.
