Frank Clarke: associate vice president, corporate & legislationFrank currently serves as Associate Vice President, Corporate & legislation, assisting on a wide array of corporate clients to develop and implement strategies.

Previously, Frank worked as a field organizer for then Vice President Biden’s Presidential campaign in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. In that role, he secured local partnerships with community leaders, facilitated phone banks, and ran nation-wide events to support Biden’s successful bid to the Presidency. In addition, Frank previously served on the communications team for Michael Bloomberg’s 2020 Presidential campaign.

Frank also interned for Senator Chuck Schumer in his New York City office, Senator Bob Casey in his Washington, D.C. office, Chief of Defender Services Cait Clarke at the Department of Justice, and Associate Justice Dianne Renwick of the New York Supreme Court.

He is a native New Yorker and a proud alumnus of Xavier High School in downtown Manhattan. He graduated from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Law and Philosophy.
