As Associate, Business Development and Communications at Kasirer, Lillian plays a key role in driving the firm’s growth and elevating its external presence. She supports the business development team through in-depth strategic research on potential partners and prospects while managing the firm’s communications and marketing initiatives. Lillian also oversees the planning and coordination of major events, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.

Prior to joining Kasirer, Lillian worked as a Project Manager at LaSalle Network, a leading staffing and recruiting firm based in Chicago, where she helped corporate and nonprofit clients build and expand their technology teams. Earlier in her career, she interned at the National Democratic Training Committee, where she led external communications, marketing strategies, and event coordination for the nonprofit’s programs. She also gained valuable political experience as an Operations Fellow for two New York state Congressional campaigns, focusing on outreach and volunteer coordination.

Originally from Massachusetts, Lillian holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Religious Studies from the University of Chicago.
