Denisse Giron: executive assistantDenisse Girón provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership and oversees reception as Kasirer’s Executive Assistant.

Before joining Kasirer, Denisse was an associate lobbyist and executive assistant at Gotham Government Relations, based on Long Island, for three years. There, she gained experience lobbying both Long Island legislatures, New York City, and New York State, as well as handling the firm’s compliance reports.

Prior to lobbying, Denisse interned at several non-profit organizations, including The Roosevelt Institute, where she help draft financial literacy legislation, and Make The Road New York, where she lobbied for comprehensive immigration reform. For two years, she also worked as the Program Coordinator for Long Island’s largest peace group, LIAPA, organizing their fellowship program.

In 2015, she was named one of NY Hispanic Coalition’s 40 Under 40 Rising Stars. She also received recognition from the Nassau County Legislature for her work with immigrant communities and youth.

Denisse has a B.A. in history and sociology from Hofstra University.
