Dan Benjoya: associate to the chief of staffDan joined Kasirer with fifteen years of experience in government, campaigns, and operations management. As Associate to the Chief of Staff, Dan helps to oversee the firm’s research and proposals for new business, coordinates firmwide administrative processes, and assists with recruitment and onboarding.

Before joining Kasirer, Dan directed field operations for the Long Island City Business Improvement District, as well as for tech startups Nextdoor and BeneStream. Prior to that, he worked for then-Manhattan Borough President Scott M. Stringer as a Community Liaison, Scheduler, and Strategic Planner, in each position helping to connect the office and its resources with communities across the borough. Dan began his career directing canvass offices for non-profit organizations, running get out the vote operations, and worked on Secretary Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign in 2008.

Dan graduated with a degree in psychology from Cornell University, where he was a Cornell Tradition Fellow and a research assistant, and received a Senior Recognition Award for leadership and academic achievement.
