Brian DaalemanBrian began his work with Kasirer as an intern before joining the firm as a government relations associate. He primarily works with Kasirer’s corporate clients and related legislation.

Previously, Brian interned with the West Bronx Housing and Neighborhood Resource Center, where he consulted Bronx tenants about housing court and referred them to rental assistance programs in order to prevent evictions.

Brian also served as a government relations and advocacy intern at Habitat for Humanity – New York City. There, he conducted outreach and advocated for legislation related to community land trusts within New York City Council, as well as bills related to affordable housing grants within the New York State Assembly.

In addition, Brian worked as an intern for Catholic Charities Refugee and Immigration Services, enrolling clients into government programs and working with subsidiary community partners to improve the livelihoods of refugees and asylees in the New York region.

Brian graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University with a B.A. in political science.
