Alexander Malescio: associate, real estateAs an Associate on Kasirer’s Real Estate team, Alex focuses on land use projects by assisting in the development and implementation of government relations strategies. Alex began as an Associate after working as a Government Relations intern at Kasirer, where he drafted meeting briefs and monitored City Council and Community Board hearings.

Previously, Alex worked as a summer intern at Connelly McLaughlin & Woloz where he conducted policy research and managed clients’ social media accounts. Alex also completed a summer internship at the Westchester County District Attorney’s office, where he worked to fill-out and organize case files.

Alex graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Geneseo with a degree in history and political science. During his tenure as an undergraduate student, Alex served as Academic Chair, and later, as President of his school’s chapter of the pre-law professional society, Phi Alpha Delta. Alex also served as a Student Association Judge, where he decided cases involving alleged violations of election rules and procedures.
