About the Role
Kasirer is looking to hire an organized and experienced Contracts and Compliance Administrator. As Contracts and Compliance Administrator, you will work closely with the Senior VP for Operations and Administration and the C-Suite, as well as the firm’s current and prospective clients. The firm is looking for a Contract Administrator who has experience handling all aspects of the Contract Management Lifecycle. Experience: A background in NYC and NYS Lobbying Compliance is a plus.


  • Draft, proofread, and process all contract agreements, renewals, terminations, and addendums, ensuring agreements are executed competently and in a timely manner, and registered with the lobbying bureaus prior to deadlines;
  • Coordinate across the firm and with Executive Leadership re Lobbying Reporting obligations;
  • Conduct new staff Lobbying and Compliance trainings and yearly staff Lobbying and Compliance trainings;
  • Manage the gathering and compiling of accurate lobbying information for each periodic report as well as the semi-annual and annual client reports;
  • Oversee and coordinate the registering and filing of lobbying reports with the NY State Joint Commission and the NY City Clerk’s Office
    • Oversee and coordinate compliance in other bureaus – Nassau County, Federal
  • Create, distribute and provide guidance for clients on Client semi-annual and annual memos and filings;
  • Coordinate with the Director of Operations on all invoicing, billing, and expense matters related to Client Contracts;
  • Assist clients through the compliance filing process and with basic internal compliance questions and guidance, including Semi-Annual and Annual Client Reports;
  • Track firm/LLC political donations and ensure compliance with NYS BOE and NYC Campaign Finance Board donation rules, keep up with BOE rules;
  • Prepare, and submit all audit files for random audits conducted by NY State Joint Commission and the NY City Clerk’s Office;
  • Oversee the Compliance Assistant’s daily tasks and assignments;
  • Maintain the contracts and compliance archives; and
  • Assist with any special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Contract Administrator/Administration experience (3+ years ideally)
  • NYC (NYC Clerk) or NYS Lobbying Compliance experience
  • Microsoft Office skills and experience
