Before joining Kasirer, Fallon was most recently an Associate at BrownMillerGroup, a political consulting firm, where she worked to implement political communication strategies. During the 2016 election season Fallon helped organize several canvass campaigns in the tristate area, for both elected officials and special interest groups. She worked on recruiting canvassers and volunteers, and managed operations in the field. On election day, Fallon was on the ground coordinating volunteers. Additionally, Fallon supported the office with media and election research.
Prior to working at BrownMillerGroup, Fallon was a fellow with Hillary for America where she worked on the primary campaign in Worcester, Massachusetts. In addition to canvassing, Fallon started her college’s chapter of Students for Hillary and recruited supporters on campus.
During her junior year, Fallon spent one semester as an intern in U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer’s office in Washington, DC. While there, her primary focus was on policy matters related to international relations and human rights. She also conducted extensive legislative research on education.
Previously, Fallon was a paralegal for a law firm in her hometown of Portland, Maine. She organized and drafted demand letters for insurance companies and assisted with general research.
Fallon graduated cum laude with a B.A. in philosophy and a concentration in peace and conflict studies from College of the Holy Cross.
